On Mondays, On/Post-call uses (value + 1) to account for liver post-call.
Calculation based in 2 rooms C/A 1:2, 1 room C/A 1:4, 2 rooms Residents 1:1.
Total CRNA/AA needed per day = Weston CRNA/AA (from groups) + 1 Break CRNA/AA + CS CRNA/AA (row 1).
